For assistance this Christmas
applications are being accepted

November 4 & 5 (9:00am – 2:00pm) and November 6 (9:00am -12:00pm) at the Tracy Community Center located at 400 E. 10th Street, Tracy, CA.

Interfaith Ministries will also be accepting applications beginning December 1 until December 16 or when we are full. Interfaith Ministries is located at the corner of Parker and Grantline Road, behind the Fire Station.

To apply, please bring the following items:

  1. IDENTIFICATION – A picture identification, such as a Driver’s License or Walkers ID.
  2. VERIFICATION OF CHILDREN – Children’s birth certificate, California Benefit ID card, or Social Security Card.
  3. PROOF OF INCOME – A pay stub or paperwork showing the amount of income or assistance you and/or your spouse receive.
  4. PROOF OF RENT – Rent receipt of letter from landlord, or mortgage payment.
  5. CURRENT PG&E BILL
