To apply, please bring the following items:
- IDENTIFICATION – A picture identification, such as a Driver’s License or Walkers ID.
- VERIFICATION OF CHILDREN – Children’s birth certificate, California Benefit ID card, or Social Security Card.
- PROOF OF INCOME – A pay stub or paperwork showing the amount of income or assistance you and/or your spouse receive.
- PROOF OF RENT – Rent receipt of letter from landlord, or mortgage payment.
- CURRENT PG&E BILL
