To apply, please bring the following items:
- Identifiaction – A picture identification, such as a Driver’s License or Walkers ID.
- Verification of Children – Children’s birth certificate, California Benefit ID card, or Social Security Card.
- Proof of Income – A pay stub or paperwork showing the amount of income or assistance you and/or your spouse receive.
- Proof of Rent– Rent receipt of letter from landlord, or mortgage payment.
- Current PG&E Bill
